We are looking for the following profile for one of our clients: Technical and Operational Manager (M/F) - 100% - PERMANENT POSITION # Your mission: On behalf of a company active in the management and monitoring of technical infrastructures, we are looking for a Technical and Operational Manager to strengthen its teams. Your responsibilities: • Ensure the coordination and monitoring of operational activities. • Plan, organize and supervise interventions as well as technical projects. • Supervise and support teams in the field. • Guarantee compliance with deadlines, priorities and set objectives. • Collaborate with various partners, clients and internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with current standards, procedures and regulations. • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the optimization of resources. Your profile: • Holder of a CFC in the building sector or an equivalent technical training. • Experience in team management with an excellent sense of priorities. • Confirmed experience in real estate management. • Autonomous, organized person who enjoys teamwork. • Excellent stress management and ability to evolve in a dynamic environment. • Excellent mastery of French orally and in writing, knowledge of German is an asset. • Good mastery of usual IT tools, notably MS Office. • Driving license indispensable. • Knowledge of applicable regulations, technical standards and directives appreciated.
