For the management of our retail outlet with café in the Oberdorf Center (Oberdorfstr. 8d) in Baar (ZG), we are looking for a committed personality as of 1. November 2026 (or by arrangement) as: Team Leader Bakery Sales (Sales & Cafe, m/f/d, 100%) We pamper our guests with oven-fresh delicacies from our bakery-confectionery-confiserie. In our café, we offer a modern and trendy catering concept with fresh salads & bowls, coffee from the piston machine and much more. These are your tasks: As a host, you advise and serve guests in sales and the café competently and warmly You lead a small team of around five employees including apprentices and ensure a smooth daily routine You are an enthusiastic sales personality and enjoy working on the "front" You are responsible for the ordering system, order processing, attractive product presentation as well as assortment completeness You create work and deployment plans and deploy your team members optimally You plan and organize sales activities and ensure an appealing presentation of our products You take responsibility for compliance with our quality and service standards and actively participate in their further development What you bring: High self-motivation, enthusiasm and joy in guest contact Completed training in sales or gastronomy and preferably professional experience in the bakery industry You are at least 25 years old and have already been able to gain initial leadership experience.
