We are looking for you – your chance The municipality of Glarus Süd is an attractive employer for committed employees like you! The forestry operation is responsible for approx. 12'000 ha of forest with an annual utilization of approx. 25'000 m3. To complete our forestry team, we are looking for, starting immediately or by arrangement, a motivated Forestry Worker EFZ (80-100%) What awaits you – your role • Execution of all work in the area of mountain forest management and mountain forest care • Timber harvesting with modern working methods and machinery • Care of protective forests as well as implementation of nature conservation and biodiversity projects • Maintenance of forest roads, paths, and forestry infrastructures What you bring with you • Completed vocational training as a Forestry Worker EFZ • Ability to work in a team • Good specialist knowledge and manual skills • High level of safety awareness • Independent, reliable, and motivated personality • Driver's license category B • If possible, experience in cable crane and climbing technology What is offered to you • Interesting, varied, and independent activity • Modernly equipped forestry operation • Contemporary employment conditions • Support for initial and further training as well as attractive development opportunities • Motivated team with committed employees We look forward to a personal introduction.
