Due to upcoming retirements and sensible succession planning with sufficient training time, we are looking for a communicative, independent, and assertive personality as Specialist Legal Services & Social Policy 80 - 100% (a) What you will be doing Independent provision of oral and written legal advice in labor and social insurance law Independent handling of legal cases, including settlement negotiations, litigation, and collection in labor and social insurance law Knowledge transfer as a teacher in preparation courses for professional exams and higher professional exams, including creation and correction of written exams and conduct of oral exams Shaping social policy and association interests through representation and support of the Head of Social Policy as needed Why you will succeed You have completed commercial or legal training You have in-depth knowledge of labor and social insurance law with corresponding experience in legal consulting, litigation, and collection Your quick grasp and structured approach allow you to answer complex questions efficiently and in a target-group-oriented manner You enjoy standing in front of people and have pronounced communication skills. You have the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships You distinguish yourself through strategic, analytical, and tactical thinking as well as forward-looking action and thus keep the big picture in mind Language skills in German are mandatory, Italian and/or Austrian are highly advantageous What you can count on You can count on being gradually introduced to your tasks and professionally accompanied in the sense of a mentoring program.
