We operate as a general and total contractor (EG/ET) in industrial and commercial construction in Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. As part of new projects in the regions of Bern, Basel as well as in French-speaking Switzerland, we wish to strengthen our team by recruiting an autonomous and responsible Project Manager. Your responsibilities • You coordinate all project stakeholders (clients, design offices, authorities, subcontractors) • You ensure the autonomous management and global responsibility of medium to large-scale projects, as well as the technical supervision of site managers • You are in charge of the continuous monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality and quantities • You assume global responsibility for coordination, calls for tender and the awarding of services to all subcontractors within the framework of turnkey projects Your profile • You have several years of experience in project management and/or construction management in the building sector, ideally in a general contracting company (EG/ET) • You hold a degree in civil engineering, in construction management (ES/HF) or an equivalent training • You have good knowledge of construction procedures and Swiss standards (SIA) • You are proficient in French and German, both spoken and written • You distinguish yourself by your excellent communication skills, your sense of responsibility and your structured way of working • You are willing to travel to construction sites in Switzerland What we offer you • Attractive employment conditions with performance-related remuneration • A modern and flexible working model (4 to 4.5 day week - FLEX-Friday) • 25 days of vacation per year • Advantageous social benefits (participation in meals, contribution to childcare, etc.) • Possibilities for professional and personal development (internal training campus) • A company vehicle, also usable for private use Interested?
