Job Description In a demanding and constantly evolving industrial environment, we are looking for an NPI Buyer Specialist to strengthen our purchasing organization. This strategic position combines a dual dimension: Project / development purchasing (NPI) and Commodity purchasing / long-term vision. It lies at the heart of the interactions between product development, production, and supplier strategy, with a key role in securing launches and the performance of the supplier panel. Reporting to the NPI Manager, you will evolve within a matrix organization, working in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. In this role, you will be required to: • Lead supplier sourcing for new projects (RFP/RFQ, selection) • Build and develop a robust and high-performing supplier panel • Conduct purchasing negotiations (price, tooling, commercial conditions) • Guarantee supplier performance (quality, costs, deadlines) • Identify and anticipate supplier risks (capacity, technical, dependency) • Support project teams by challenging specifications and feasibility • Coordinate internal stakeholders (engineering, quality, production, projects) • Ensure the reliability of purchasing data and prices in the ERP (M3) Qualifications • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial purchasing • You have significant experience in project / NPI purchasing • Ideally, you have exposure to commodity purchasing / panel management • You move with ease in a technical and demanding environment • You possess strong negotiation and cost analysis skills • You are comfortable in a matrix and transverse organization • You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills • You are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, and ability to manage complexity Additional Information What we offer: • Coverage of health insurance (basic and supplementary) • 5 annual weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year's thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes • A contribution to your sporting or cultural activities • The possibility, depending on the function, to work remotely • A company restaurant • An advantageous LPP Do you wish to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
