This is what you can achieve. • As a fitter: you assemble, wire and test railway signals as well as signal technical assemblies and thus directly contribute to the safe and punctual railway. • You carry out mechanical and electrical assembly work according to specifications, technical drawings and assembly plans and document the work cleanly. • You perform functional checks and ensure the quality of the work carried out. • You actively participate in KAIZEN, 5S and other improvement initiatives and contribute to the further development of processes in the team. • You ensure order and cleanliness at the workplace according to 5S and prepare materials properly. • In the team, you like to work with others, but you can also process individual orders independently without any problems, always following the applicable safety and quality guidelines. This is what you bring with you. • Precise work, reliability and discipline characterize you; in addition, you have a high sense of responsibility and safety awareness. • Teamwork makes you happy, at the same time you can plan and implement tasks independently and actively help shape improvements (KAIZEN / 5S). • Practical experience in assembly or group production is an advantage; furthermore, you are familiar with reading technical drawings and guidelines. • You have a completed basic mechanical training EFZ, for example as an automatiker:in, automatikmonteur:in or polymechaniker:in with a focus on assembly, or an equivalent qualification. • Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially in Outlook, Excel and Word, rounds off your profile and German language skills in word and writing correspond to at least level B2.
