Job Description ### YOUR ROLE: • Accompany residents • Promote the development of autonomy and independence • Participate in the implementation of socio-educational activities • Contribute to the creation of a benevolent and secure environment. Profile ### YOUR PROFILE • CFC as ASE • Able to provide basic care • If possible, benefit from a few years of experience in the field • Experience with the Montessori method, a plus • Able to collaborate in a network and interdisciplinarity • Mastery of spoken and written French • Comfortable using common IT tools.
