As a building technician, you ensure that electrotechnical systems or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) function flawlessly at all times – for more comfort, safety and efficiency. What you can achieve: You ensure smooth operation – In a complex key account environment, you reliably operate and monitor technical systems strictly according to prescribed processes and guidelines. You work precisely and in compliance with regulations – During inspections, you recognize deviations early and ensure that all safety, operational and quality specifications are consistently met. You act in a structured and responsible manner – You process malfunctions and defects efficiently, document them completely and initiate the defined measures according to the extensive specifications. You master high administrative complexity – You maintain comprehensive documentation, reports and records cleanly and traceably and move confidently within the demanding process and compliance structures.
