Your role Ensure operational support of sales tools with external technical suppliers, national partners (NOVA, Alliance SwissPass) and internal users. Maintain distribution systems up to date according to internal and external needs. Configure and ensure the monitoring of product configurations in the various sales systems. Ensure the monitoring and proper functioning of interfaces (data flows) between the different tools. Perform the monitoring, control, and reconciliation of financial statements generated by the various IT systems. Ensure operational monitoring of projects related to distribution. Ensure a watch for technical innovations in the public transport sector and participate in reflections on improving new systems for the company. What we offer you A valued and sustainable job. The profile we are looking for Basic training in IT or mediamatics (CFC) or commercial training (CFC) with a strong technical affinity. 2 years of professional experience with sales and e-commerce systems (ideally in the public transport sector). Customer orientation with good communication skills. Commitment and sense of responsibility. Spirit of initiative, autonomy and analytical capacity. French or German native speaker (or C2 level), with good knowledge of the other language (B1), as well as English (B1).
