The Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medical-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and accompaniment of vulnerable people in their physical and psychological integrity throughout their life process. We are looking for our EMS Contesse establishment in Croy, which welcomes 36 people and is specialized in geriatrics: A nurse (F/H/D) in CDMax until - between 80% - EMS Contesse Regardless of their function, the professionals of the Fondation Saphir have a common will, that of accompanying people on a daily basis to enable them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of services "like at home". That is to say, to preserve their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of people. As a nurse, you ensure preventive, therapeutic, rehabilitation and palliative nursing care under the supervision of the accompanying manager. You have a continuous reflective practice that allows you to evaluate and analyze, among other things, the biopsychosocial and spiritual dimensions of people. You manage all medical emergencies and activate emergency procedures as needed. In addition, you participate in examinations and observations for medical diagnosis. Through your people-centered values, you establish a trust relationship with people and their entourage, creating a secure and adapted environment for their needs.
