You work at the interface of security, law, and human resources and take responsibility for sensitive topics with the highest level of discretion. As a specialist in personal security and prevention, you conduct internal security investigations of new and existing employees and examine security-related backgrounds according to internal and legal requirements. You work with the Security department in Sweden, HR, management, and the relevant offices. Your tasks include: You are responsible for our internal security investigations around new and existing employees and review security-related backgrounds according to internal and legal requirements. In personal conversations, you clarify open points carefully and on an equal footing, document the results in a traceable manner, and create recommendations for the decision-making positions. You also focus on strengthening security awareness and protection in the company. You design and conduct training on topics such as information protection, personal security, and work safety, and develop e-learning modules. With your work, you sensitize employees at all levels to security-related topics and strengthen their protection and that of our company. In addition, you support the EHSS team in ongoing topics and contribute to the continuous development of our security processes. Your profile: You have several years of professional experience in a security-related environment, such as the police, law enforcement, security services, HR with compliance, or comparable functions. You have experience leading structured conversations and preparing factual decision-making bases. You are secure, sovereign, and trustworthy in handling sensitive data, and you have a good command of German and English (at least B2).
