Further information can be found here. From the second year of apprenticeship onwards, you will go to school once a week. You will participate in intercompany courses. There, you will learn everything important regarding the insurance industry. From the second year of apprenticeship onwards, you will complete various stages in different areas. This allows you to get to know insurance as well as occupational pension schemes in a practical way. From the third year of apprenticeship onwards, you will accompany advisors to customer meetings. You will apply your theoretical knowledge directly in practice and learn to move confidently in a networked and digital working world. You will be accompanied and supported by experienced trainers throughout the entire apprenticeship period. What you bring with you You want to complete the BM1 and concentrate fully on school in the first year and on your work in the company in the second and third years of apprenticeship. You are interested in the topic of insurance. You are completing Sek A in the Canton of Zürich or an equivalent school in another canton, have very good grades, and enjoy working with numbers.
