Adrian Willimann AG in Rickenbach LU is a successful, established Swiss family business. We manufacture coffins and supply funeral companies throughout Switzerland with coffins, urns, and funeral accessories. Your tasks include the processing of wood and wood-based materials as well as operating the corresponding production and wood processing machines. You will participate in the manufacture and assembly of coffins and install the interior fittings. Additionally, you will carry out quality controls, pack the finished products, and support internal material transport. You work with manual skill, care, and reliability. The activity takes place predominantly standing and includes the safe lifting, carrying, and moving of materials and workpieces. Sufficient German language skills for the understanding of work and safety instructions are required. Experience in production, assembly, or wood processing is an advantage, but not mandatory. Motivated career changers will be considered and will receive on-the-job training. We offer a permanent full-time position in daytime operations, Monday to Friday, with 41.5 working hours per week, without shift, night, or weekend work. Start of employment immediately or by arrangement.
