As a team leader of a collegial team of service technicians in the field, you and your team will look after our customers and contribute significantly to maintaining the satisfaction of our clientele as well as our quality standards in the area of water optimization. Your tasks are Installation and commissioning of water dispensers as well as repair, maintenance, service (disinfection, cleaning, filter change) and instruction in the functions of the installed devices at the customer's site in the regions Bern, Biel, Freiburg, Yverdon-les-Bains & Neuenburg Leading, directing and motivating a team of service technicians in the field Intensive cooperation with internal services and sales Contact person for demanding technical questions at the customer's site Administrative activities in reporting Periodic exchange with supervisors and other team leaders Your profile You have a manual or technical education (e.g., sanitary installation, vending machine specialist training, etc.) and come from the field of electronics, fine mechanics, mechatronics or heating/water/air conditioning technology.
