• 10 August 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Plan-les-Ouates Patek Philippe SA Genève Maintenance Methods Technician (M/F) Mission Within the framework of this position, reporting to our Methods Division, you will actively contribute to the availability of all equipment by ensuring the proper execution of the preventive maintenance plan while ensuring a constant adequacy between the workload and the capacity of the activities concerned. Responsibilities \- Plan / schedule all preventive maintenance in collaboration with the production services. \- Launch service orders and prepare technical files for an efficient execution of interventions. \- Manage external interventions on the field and update intervention reports. \- Analyze the causes of failures and evolve the preventive maintenance ranges (operations, article, etc.). \- Collaborate with support services by participating in equipment reliability actions and projects. \- Manage continuous improvement actions for the activity. Profile sought \- ES Technician diploma or Bachelor in industrial systems or a title deemed equivalent in industrial maintenance. \- 5 years of experience in the industrial field, ideally in the watchmaking sector. \- Good knowledge of the mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and IT fields. \- Very good knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving. \- Good knowledge of a CMMS software, ideally SAP. \- Mastery of office tools (MS Office). \- Good mastery of communication with internal clients and suppliers. \- Analytical and synthesis skills. \- Sense of organization. \- Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy. \- Rigor and precision.
