As an reinforcement in the finance department, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic personality starting immediately or by arrangement in the position of: Corporate Reporting & Consolidation Specialist 100% Job Description You assume responsibility for the operation as well as the strategic further development of the group-wide reporting and consolidation platform. You ensure the availability and functionality of the application and coordinate user permissions, master data, as well as cooperation with external IT and system partners. Together with the departments of Accounting, Controlling and the finance teams of various business units, you further develop a uniform reporting and consolidation concept. You ensure a high quality, reliability and transparency of the group-wide financial data and establish corresponding standards. You create meaningful reports, KPI dashboards and management evaluations for the corporate management as well as other decision-makers. You accompany optimization and digitalization projects in the finance area and take over the leadership of cross-departmental initiatives if required. Profile sought You have a completed degree in the field of business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance or accounting. You bring several years of experience in the areas of group reporting, financial controlling, Group Accounting or Finance Systems. You have already worked with consolidation, reporting or Enterprise Performance Management solutions and supported their introduction or further development. You are familiar with the requirements of group accounting; knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER is an advantage. You possess a strong understanding of financial processes, data models and digital system landscapes. Handling ERP systems (ideally SAP), reporting tools as well as Microsoft Excel is part of your professional daily routine. You work analytically, structured and independently and are characterized by a solution-oriented mindset. You communicate confidently with different stakeholders and enjoy working in an international work environment. You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
