Your tasks In this function, you ensure a personal, reliable and well-groomed reception of our guests, which also includes: • You greet and bid farewell to guests in front of the hotel warmly, attentively and professionally • You accompany luggage during arrival and departure carefully, reliably and with a high understanding of service • You park guest vehicles safely and responsibly • You regularly check the entrance and lobby area for cleanliness, safety and order • You carry out courier runs in the surrounding area efficiently and proactively • You carry out guest transfers in the immediate vicinity in a friendly, safe and service-oriented manner <br /> Your profile You have a service-oriented education or practical experience in the hotel industry and bring experience in a similar position.
