Senior Corporate Communications Manager You work 100% – primarily in Zug, with the possibility to work partially remote Senior Corporate Communications Manager V-ZUG Corporate Communications & Investor Relations The Corporate Communications & Investor Relations team shapes how V-ZUG is perceived – internally and externally. As strategic partners to the executive management, we strengthen trust in the company, its profile, and its reputation through our work. In doing so, we maintain a dialogue with key stakeholders – from employees, media, and partners to analysts, investors, and shareholders. As a Senior Corporate Communications Manager, you support the Head of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations in orchestrating and implementing the communication mix and realize clear, consistent, and effective measures in Switzerland as well as internationally. As a broadly based all-rounder, you combine enthusiasm for internal activities with sound expertise in external corporate communications: from social media and media relations to sustainability and financial market communications and reporting. You translate complex content into precise messages, create orientation, and use effective measures to ensure it remains clear why V-ZUG exists and which strategic priorities we pursue. What the position offers you You manage the internal communication mix, develop and implement content, narratives, and formats – from intranet posts and newsletters to leadership messages and information events You support communication between the CEO, executive management, and internal target groups and contribute to ensuring that messages are clear, understandable, and consistent You ensure the thematic direction and content consistency of communication across departments and locations You coordinate company-wide and channel-spanning topic and news management in conjunction with other departments such as People & Culture, Marketing, Sustainability, or IT You are responsible for the further development of relevant tools and platforms together with other functions You develop proactive and reactive external communication narratives that strengthen our corporate strategy and position V-ZUG convincingly to the outside world You support media relations and create media releases, statements, Q&As, or briefings as needed You participate in communication formats such as events that strengthen dialogue and visibility You lead central communication projects or work on them and coordinate external agencies and service providers You work on guidelines, tools and, if necessary, on the preparation for crisis communication and support the monitoring of issues as well as coordinated reactions in sensitive situations What you bring to the position You have a university degree (university or university of applied sciences) in communication sciences and business administration as well as at least six years of experience in internal and external corporate communications – ideally in a dynamic, international environment or in a matrix organization You have strong writing and storytelling skills and know how to prepare content clearly, precisely, and effectively for different target groups You have experience working with diverse stakeholders including top management and navigate confidently in demanding communication situations You make well-founded decisions, use your discretionary powers responsibly, and act according to high ethical standards You work pragmatically and result-oriented and maintain an overview even in complex situations and with parallel tasks You think structurally, set priorities purposefully, and keep deadlines and quality under control even in demanding projects You are a cooperative personality who feels comfortable in organizational complexity and works effectively across functions You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken; [something] is a plus Not yet convinced?
