Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) 100% # Type of employment: Permanent position Region: Grossraum Baden/Brugg/Wettingen Start date: Immediately or by arrangement Reference number: 101737-559 Requirement profile: • You have a basic technical education with commercial further training or a commercial education with a technical background • You have several years of professional experience in scheduling, spare parts planning or purchasing in an industrial environment • You are characterized by an exact, structured and reliable way of working as well as a high degree of initiative • You have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers • You enjoy working in a demanding interface function, convincing through teamwork and strong communication skills • You have proficient German and business fluent English skills; French skills are a plus • You are proficient in common MS Office applications; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus Tasks: • You trigger orders with suppliers, monitor and control the entire ordering process • You obtain quotes for spare parts, compare and evaluate them • You monitor the delivery dates of the suppliers and react in case of delays or errors • You evaluate new suppliers • You organize, coordinate and monitor the spare parts logistics • including returns processing • You initiate and support the further development as well as the maintenance of the IT systems • You maintain the master data for spare parts and accessories in the ERP system • You collect market and customer information and prepare it for purchasing and department management • You actively participate in the planning and implementation of promotions and specifically involve our suppliers • You support the entire team in day-to-day business and contribute to smooth cooperation.
