This position occupies a central place within the HR function, combining operational excellence, exposure to payroll, and the quality of the employee experience. HR Generalist Your responsibilities: • Ensure impeccable execution of HR operations, in compliance with quality and compliance standards • Manage the employee life cycle with particular attention to the employee experience • Participate in and contribute to payroll processes, ensuring the quality and reliability of data • Guarantee the reliability and integrity of HR data • Be a trusted, reactive, and solution-oriented contact for employees and managers • Contribute to the structuring and continuous improvement of HR processes Your profile: • 3 to 5 years of experience in operational HR / payroll / HR administration • Good exposure to payroll processes in Switzerland • Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law • Rigor, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility • Strong service orientation and relational ability • Ability to work with discretion and autonomy • Knowledge of SwissSalary: a significant asset • Fluent French and English (German = a plus) • Federal Certificate of Specialist in HR or equivalent title Workplace: • Geneva Entry date: • As soon as possible
