Your tasks As Workshop Manager, you will take over the technical and personnel management of our workshop and ensure a smooth production process. Your main tasks include: Operational and personnel management of the workshop as well as organization of daily business Independent work preparation, planning and coordination of production orders based on workshop drawings Monitoring of quality, deadlines and economical production Ensuring precise, on-time and customer-oriented execution of all work Active participation in demanding metal construction, locksmithing and welding work as well as in final assembly Support in the optimization of workflows and processes Your profile You have a sound education in metal construction and bring leadership competence as well as organizational talent.
