As a public law foundation, it ensures the support of company installations in the industrial zones of the canton. As part of the canton's economic strategy, it matches the supply of surfaces with the demand of eligible companies in ZI, while developing the infrastructure necessary to the needs of companies in terms of mobility and environmental management. Ensuring the proposal of surfaces to industrial and artisanal companies at competitive prices, in compliance with current legislation and by guaranteeing a good diversity of the economic fabric. Piloting the transformation of ZI with the aim of reconciling economic activity with its environment, by proposing a high-quality and sustainable living environment. In order to strengthen the management pole team and the management service, we are looking for a new position for a Industrial Real Estate Marketing Specialist 80-100 % Your mission: Ensure the marketing and monitoring of vacant surfaces (rental portfolio of land and buildings), by implementing defined orientations and participating, in collaboration with the head of service, in the adaptation of the strategy Organize and carry out visits to vacant objects, ensuring a qualitative and targeted presentation to prospects Ensure the follow-up of prospects, from the first contact to the contractualization, including the qualification of needs, the organization of visits, the follow-up of exchanges, reminders and the support of applications Application of the file pre-selection methodology, by analyzing applications with regard to criteria defined internally (urgency, adequacy, compatibility of uses, solidity of projects) Prepare and present files for validation to the management commission, guaranteeing the quality, consistency and completeness of information Collaborate, in connection with managers, on the formalization of contractual conditions until the conclusion of files Ensure the follow-up of external agents (marketers, brokers, partners), including the piloting of actions and the control of the quality of procedures Ensure the updating and reliability of data related to marketing in internal tools (notably Terra) Produce and maintain follow-up tables (vacancy, solicitations, agents, temporary projects) and ensure regular reporting Contribute to the management of zones in transformation, in support of managers, notably in the follow-up of rental requests, the support of relocations and the coordination of transitions Ensure the follow-up of requests for services to the zone, for transitory uses (cultural and sporting), as well as for events, guaranteeing their adequacy with the defined orientations Organize, launch and follow calls for projects for transitory uses, including the preparation of the framework, the dissemination, the analysis of applications and the follow-up of selected projects Ensure market monitoring and contribute to the adjustment of marketing practices Contribute to the structuring and continuous improvement of marketing tools and processes Ensure a central role of coordination and interface, involving regular interactions with internal teams, property management companies, prospects and partners.
