100%, permanent by arrangement Luzern Construction Your tasks ## • Independent management and coordination of construction sites in the field of special deep foundation construction (pile foundations, excavation closures, injections, micro piles etc.) • Planning and control of deadlines, costs and quality • Management of site staff and specialist personnel on the construction site • Contact person for builders, engineers and authorities • Preparation of reports, measurements and invoices • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations Our requirements ## • Training as a certified construction manager HF or equivalent further education • Several years of experience in special deep foundation construction are an advantage • Entrepreneurial thinking and independent working method • Good communication skills and assertiveness • Proficient use of MS Office and ideally construction administration software (e.g. Messerli, SORBA) • Driver's license category B
