Technical All-Rounder / Maintenance Employee (m/w/d) Your Role: As a hub in our operation, you ensure that production runs smoothly. You are not only responsible for the machines, but also jump in where technical skill and quick solutions are required. Your Main Tasks: • Machines & Tools: You perform simple repairs and corrections on our systems and tools. If it gets stuck, you find a pragmatic solution. • Preventive Maintenance: You carry out regular checks, lubricate systems and replace wear parts before a standstill occurs. • Workshop Work: You process metal and plastic parts (in particular drilling, grinding, thread cutting) and manufacture simple auxiliary devices. • Spare Parts Warehouse: You manage the small parts warehouse, document withdrawals and ensure that the most common spare parts never run out. • Plant Maintenance: As an all-rounder, you also occasionally support general work on the building or infrastructure. What You Bring: • Handicraft Multitalent: You are a "maker" with a broad technical understanding – whether from mechanics, assembly or operational service. • Experience in Injection Moulding: You know that injection moulding tools are sensitive and systems require regular maintenance. • Mechanical Basis: Dealing with standard machines and common tools is your daily bread. • Independence: You can see the work through on your own and set priorities when multiple things happen at the same time. • Reliability: Your maintenance reports and your order in the spare parts warehouse are reliable.
