In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an organized, rigorous and versatile accounting secretary at 50%, capable of managing daily administrative and accounting tasks while ensuring impeccable follow-up of our files. Your main missions Establish and follow up on invoicing (payment follow-up, reminders, filing) Perform various accounting operations (entry, payment follow-up, reminders, filing, etc.) Manage routine administrative tasks Collaborate closely with management and various stakeholders Ensure telephone reception and follow-up of mail and e-mails Prepare the administrative documents necessary for the smooth running of the company Participate in the preparation and follow-up of public tenders, which represent an important part of our activity. Your profile Several years of experience as an accounting secretary, administrative secretary or in a similar function within an SME. Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. A taste for numbers, comfortable with standard IT tools (Microsoft Office) and management software. Experience in managing or preparing public tender files is a real asset. An autonomous, organized, discreet person with an excellent sense of priorities.
