We work for private customers, architects and property management companies and specialize in efficient solutions for tenant changes. To strengthen our administration, we are looking for an experienced, structured and assertive personality. Your responsibilities • Independent management of the entire office administration • Quotation, order processing • Telephone and written customer contact • Coordination of appointments and construction sites • Support for the management in day-to-day business Your profile • Commercial training (EFZ) or trained • Several years of professional experience (ideally construction, crafts or flooring industry) • Very good MS-Office skills • Organizational talent and resilience • Independent, exact way of working • Very good German language skills in word and writing What to expect • 100% permanent position • Responsible position with a lot of independence • Direct collaboration with the management • Family-friendly, stable company with long-term perspective • Short decision-making paths
