Do you also want to be part of this success story? For the reinforcement of our international sales team, we are looking for a Sales Manager for the region of Österreich & Südosteuropa. This is what you can achieve with us: ## • You will control and develop our sales business in Österreich as well as in Südosteuropa (Ungarn, Rumänien, Bulgarien, Griechenland, Slowenien, Kroatien, Bosnien & Herzegowina, Serbien) further - with a clear focus on achieving goals, growth, and sustainable market success. • You will develop a powerful regional sales strategy and implement it consistently - always in line with the international, strategic goals of the IGP-Gruppe. • Together with the experienced field service team, you will care for our existing customers at the highest level and actively open up new business potential - technically well-founded and economically convincing. • You will lead your team with clarity, trust, and at eye level. In doing so, you will specifically promote the technical and personal development of your employees. • You will effectively implement our marketing and sales concepts as well as pricing and discount strategies in the region and develop them further in a market-specific manner. • You will continuously analyze markets, trends, and competitors and derive concrete measures for growth increase from this. • Through precise forecasts and meaningful reports, you will provide the basis for well-founded entrepreneurial decisions. • Whether at trade fairs, specialist events, or customer events - you will represent IGP with enthusiasm and sustainably strengthen our brand and customer relationships. This is what you bring: ## • Completed technical or economic studies (e.g., business engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, business administration) or comparable training • Several years of experience in technical B2B sales as well as in the management of sales teams • Sound market knowledge in Österreich and/or Südosteuropa, ideally in the processing industry for coatings/powder coatings • Experience in controlling sales processes on international markets • Pronounced leadership competence and strategic as well as entrepreneurial thinking • High communication competence, sovereign appearance, and intercultural strength • Very good German and English language skills, further languages are an advantage • High willingness to travel (approx. 60% - 80%) including regular presence at the Traiskirchen site, the rest of the time can be worked from a home office.
