Facility Maintenance Specialist (a) 100% # Facility Maintenance Specialist (a) 100% YOUR TASKS • Process, execute, and document work orders as well as enter and transmit breakdowns and complaints in the Waveware system • Perform maintenance work and repairs in and on the buildings • Verify the proper functioning of technical installations • Restoration (furniture, lamps, and other equipment) • Ensure general order and cleanliness in the buildings YOUR PROFILE • Completed apprenticeship as a CFC facility maintenance specialist (Swiss Federal Certificate of Capacity or equivalent diploma) preferred • Several years of experience in real estate maintenance and the service sector (facility management).
