Mandated by one of our clients, a high-end restaurant located in Nyon, we are looking for a: Server / Waitress with cash management 80 % As part of this role, you will work within a high-end restaurant welcoming a demanding local and international clientele. As a true ambassador of the establishment, you will contribute to offering an excellent customer experience by guaranteeing irreproachable, personalized service in accordance with high-end catering standards. Your main missions: Welcome and accompany customers with professionalism, elegance, and courtesy. Ensure high-end dining room service, respecting the quality standards of the establishment. Advise customers on food and drinks and respond to their expectations with attention. Communicate easily in French and English in order to offer fluid service to an international clientele. Guarantee excellent coordination with the kitchen and the entire team to ensure the smooth running of the service. Ensure the opening, management, and closing of the cash register in compliance with internal procedures. Perform payment operations with speed, precision, and rigor. Control the various means of payment and guarantee the reliability of transactions. Participate in the setting up of dining areas as well as their maintenance in order to maintain an irreproachable presentation. Continuously ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the establishment's image of excellence through the quality of your service and your sense of detail. \-\-\-\-\-\-\- Profile sought: Proven experience in hospitality-catering, ideally acquired within a gastronomic restaurant, a high-end establishment, or a luxury hotel. Excellent command of English (minimum level B2/C1) indispensable, in order to ensure fluid and professional service to an international clientele. Any other language is an asset. Excellent knowledge of high-end restaurant service codes, with a sharp sense of detail and excellence. Mastery of service techniques and the ability to offer a personalized and irreproachable customer experience. Experience in cash management and perfect mastery of payment procedures, with rigor and reliability. You are recognized for your professionalism, your discretion, your sense of organization, and your ability to manage priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills, neat presentation, and irreproachable attitude. Developed sense of service, natural courtesy, and ease with a demanding and international clientele. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of service quality. Team spirit, autonomy, flexibility, and sense of responsibility. Fluent French indispensable.
