Team Leader: Editing and Language Management 80 - 100 % Luzern By merging our editorial and translation teams, we are creating a new center of excellence for language and language technology. We are rethinking communication - user-centered, AI-supported, and multilingual. For this, we are looking for exactly the person who develops employees, connects competencies, and drives digital transformation. What you achieve • As Team Leader, you are responsible for the strategic, organizational, and personnel management of the Editing and Language Management competence center. • You design the AI-First strategy of the team, establish innovative working methods and technologies that make our multilingual communication more efficient, effective, and consistent. • You actively accompany the transformation and develop new role models, competencies, and forms of cooperation with your team. • Managing external service providers and being responsible for budget and resources are also part of your tasks. • You define measurable goals, establish data-based management instruments, and ensure compliance with our quality standards. What you bring • You have a university degree and suitable further education. • You have several years of leadership and change experience and have already successfully designed transformation projects. • You have a high language affinity and are interested in the future of language in interaction with technology. • You have already gained practical experience in introducing and scaling digital tools and AI solutions. • Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial action, and decision-making based on data and user needs come easily to you. • You bring good French skills, Italian skills are a plus.
