To strengthen the team, we are looking for a qualified and committed individual as Polymechaniker CNC-Programmierung (m/w/d) Your areas of focus: Programming of complex milling and turning centers in the 5-axis range using CAM systems Optimization and further development of existing CNC programs and manufacturing processes Analysis and improvement of production processes in single and small-series production Responsibility for defining and managing tools using software-supported systems Accompaniment of production orders up to series release Collaboration on technical calculations as well as design of clamping and auxiliary devices Running in, testing, and optimizing programs together with machine operators You have completed training as a polymechaniker or have a comparable technical basic education and bring several years of experience in CNC or CAM programming. Ideally, you have knowledge of TopSolid or a comparable CAM system. Experience with Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc, or Mazatrol controls is an advantage. In-depth knowledge in the field of form and position tolerances (GPS) as well as a pronounced understanding of modern manufacturing processes are required. You work in a structured, precise, and solution-oriented manner, are team-capable, and have strong communication skills. Additionally, you have very good German language skills and a secure handling of common MS-Office applications.
