Your mission True operational pillar of our structure, you will be responsible for ensuring the administrative, commercial and organizational follow-up of our daily activities. At the heart of the activity, you will ensure the coordination between prospects, clients, partners and advisors to guarantee a quality customer experience and impeccable file follow-up. Your responsibilities Contact new prospects and incoming clients Ensure telephone reminders and follow-up of ongoing opportunities Organize and plan advisors' appointments Ensure follow-up of client and partner requests Manage exchanges with insurance companies and external partners Update and ensure follow-up of CRM tools Control and follow up administrative files Ensure follow-up of commissions and payments Prepare and transmit necessary documents to various stakeholders Ensure respect for internal procedures and deadlines Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes Profile sought Excellent relational and telephone ease Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written Sense of organization and administrative rigor Ability to manage several files simultaneously Autonomy, reactivity and sense of priorities Good mastery of computer tools and CRMs Sense of service and customer orientation Indispensable requirement A good knowledge of the Swiss market for insurance, assurance or finance is indispensable. Experience in insurance brokerage, insurance, financial services or a similar function will be a major asset.
