HR Consultant The Kantonspolizei Zürich, with its approximately 4000 employees, takes responsibility for security in the canton of ZH. Within the HR Recruitment and Consulting department, the Airport Police Consulting service is responsible for the entire Employee Lifecycle (excluding recruitment and payroll) and is the contact person for employees and supervisors of all levels. For the further development and operation of the service, we are looking for a reliable and committed HR Consultant 60% Tasks Consulting and supporting supervisors and employees throughout the entire operational Employee Lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding Management of HR consulting cases as well as absence management in the event of illness, accident, pregnancy, reintegration Independent handling of personnel law tasks including demanding correspondence (Personnel law of the Canton of Zürich). Management of change processes, internal transfers, job advertisements, appointments, and other personnel changes Management of the internal job market Job descriptions and job evaluations Participation in the further development, positioning, and implementation of HR services and HR processes Participation in projects and assumption of sub-project leadership Profile Several years of experience in a similar function as an HR Consultant or HR Business Partner HR Specialist with a federal diploma (HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis) Several years of experience in managing social security cases in the personnel area, ideally with reference to Case Management and preferably in public administration Knowledge of SAP and Success Factors is an advantage Confident in German with very good communication skills and networked thinking Discreet and resilient personality with high social competence High understanding of service with a strong service mentality and networking skills Good analytical and organizational skills with a quick grasp of matters Independent way of proceeding and working and an impeccable reputation Offer A collegial and expert team of experienced HR professionals awaits you.
