TheStiftung intact is an innovative nonprofit company at the interface of social integration offerings and services for the public. On behalf of the Gesundheits-, Sozial- und Integrationsdirektion (GSI) of the Canton of Bern, we are responsible for the strategic planning and the provision of measures for the social and professional integration of long-term unemployed persons. To the current annual report At the Kirchberg location, the Stiftung intact operates a property service with a focus on building maintenance and cleaning, moving services, garden care and maintenance, as well as a bicycle house delivery service for private individuals and companies. For the orders in Burgdorf, there is a local base organized from Kirchberg. An interdisciplinary management team of 4 people accompanies around 15-20 participants. We are looking for the Kirchberg location as of 1. September or by arrangement for an Agogic Employee ## Your tasks are • agogic accompaniment, guidance and promotion of the participants • Active cooperation in daily business and customer orders • Preparation of offers with a focus on building maintenance and cleaning • Organization of daily work in the area of building maintenance and cleaning • Reporting of the work performed and invoicing Your profile You bring several years of professional experience and training or further education in facility management, facility management or caretaker area. Ideally, you are a trained Arbeitsagoge or have already worked agogically and want to undertake the corresponding training. The tension between work integration and professional service challenges and motivates you. You are humorous, flexible and resilient. You like to tackle changes in a solution-oriented manner.
