Then we look forward to your application as Real Estate Accountant (m/f/d) ### Olten, 60% What you will do: • You independently manage a portfolio of special properties, complete assignments from our internal customers on time, and ensure high quality in the process • In real estate accounting, you are responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, perform various corrections and rebookings, and you are responsible for the coding and posting of accounts payable invoices • The maintenance and updating of master data, the processing of mandate additions and departures, as well as the processing of financial transactions are part of your daily work • You maintain the accounting contact with our customers, manage owner bank accounts, and ensure liquidity planning • You continuously analyze existing processes, develop optimization suggestions, and keep an eye on open tasks and pending items at all times Why you will succeed: • You have a commercial basic education and sound accounting knowledge in the real estate industry • You have preferably deepened your accounting expertise through relevant further training, e.g., as a specialist in finance and accounting or in real estate management • With your flexible and exact way of working, you work independently on your tasks • You have a quick grasp and score with your analytical thinking skills • You are service-oriented, sociable, and open-minded, and you succeed in constructive dialogue with your partners in property management and center management • You have very good language skills in German, French is an advantage Here are some of our benefits: ### • Working hours: We live mobile working with individual (annual) working hours and/or part-time work.
