Tasks with impact + a strong sense of togetherness Our client is a second-generation, successful, dynamic family business in the canton of Zug with around 45 employees. The total construction company Immobilien plans and realizes buildings and developments throughout Central Switzerland. The company accompanies construction projects from the first idea through project management, planning, and financing to complete implementation as well as sales or rental and management. The office also acts as a builder in most cases, which means that the entire time management of the respective objects is regulated internally. This is reflected in optimal work processes and the satisfaction of the employees. Due to the promotion of an employee, we are looking for a versatile and experienced real estate developer (80-100%) Your tasks. In a team of 9 real estate developers, designers, and execution planners, you will develop the basics and create feasibility studies and development concepts. You will develop project designs and accompany environmental concepts, static and building services concepts together with the responsible specialist planners. You will negotiate with external partners such as authorities and neighbors and accompany the respective projects up to and including the construction entry. Throughout the project cycle, you will form an important link between internal responsibles and external architects. Punctuality, economy, and quality play an important role in your area of responsibility. Your profile. You are a graduated architect with a university degree and have several years of practical experience in project, execution, and detail planning in the Swiss market. You have very good knowledge of Swiss building and planning law as well as planning procedures and detailed CAD knowledge (ArchiCAD is an advantage). You have an eye for high-quality architecture and a good feeling for its efficient and customer-oriented implementation.
