The Zentrum Auf der Leiern in Gelterkinden BL is supported by the private -Stiftung Leiern- and has a service agreement with the Canton BL. We offer care in the boarding school and in the special school with integrated therapy offers for around 45 children and adolescents. For a student residential group, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement a Social Pedagogue (female) or Social Pedagogue (male) 60-80% ## We expect: ### • corresponding professional training (HF or FH) • ability for goal-oriented pedagogical action • experience and joy in dealing with children and adolescents with behavioral issues • high communication skills in interdisciplinary cooperation • stable, assertive personality with an optimistic basic attitude and humor • ability to work in a team, willingness for cross-departmental cooperation • flexibility and willingness for shift work including night and weekend presence • security in administrative matters and good PC skills • driver's license We offer: ### • year-round working hours • autonomous area of responsibility • professionally and organizationally innovative environment • continuing education offers • pension fund: Stiftung Abendrot The goal-oriented interdisciplinary cooperation with school and therapy as well as contact with external bodies are an important component of the work.
