Your craft ## • You control our quotation management - from project search and tendering to submission and follow-up. • You keep submissions under control and are the central contact person for everything related to quotations. • You think ahead and further develop processes as well as (digital) forms in the quotation area. • You support our construction managers and project managers in daily project business - close to the construction action. • You support your team in invoicing, human resources, and administrative daily business. Your foundation ## • You have a commercial basic training as well as several years of experience in quotation management, ideally in the construction industry. • You work independently, in a structured manner and with a lot of initiative and maintain an overview even with complex tasks. • You follow up when information is missing and reliably bring topics to their goal. • You have a sense for numbers and technology and understand complex connections. • You communicate stylistically confident in German and act in a service-oriented manner - other languages such as French, Portuguese or Italian are a plus.
