Your Area of Activity Do you consider buildings as complex systems and combine a holistic view with a keen sense of detail? As a project manager in the field of life cycle management, you analyze existing properties in terms of their structural condition and develop relevant maintenance recommendations for the future based on this. You assume responsibility here and utilize your technical, social, and communicative skills. Your tasks include: • Autonomous realization of technical and strategic analyses of buildings (residential, commercial, specialized, and operational properties) • Preparation, processing, and analysis of various real estate data using modern software tools • Management and development of consulting mandates for existing and new institutional clients • Support for the development of our services, software tools, and digital solutions Qualifications Your Profile • Basic training in the main construction sector or as a CFC-trained draftsman with an architecture or civil engineering orientation, supplemented by several years of professional experience; further training as a graduated technician, certified site manager, HES architect, or HES civil engineer is an advantage. • Extensive knowledge of the entire construction process as well as pronounced technical and economic understanding • Further training and/or experience in the real estate sector are an advantage • Skills in construction costs, for example, through corresponding professional experience and/or further training in construction cost planning and control, are also an advantage • Committed personality with a service- and solution-oriented approach to work • Openness and flexibility in the face of changing tasks, spontaneous assignments, and individual client needs • Native-level proficiency in German, spoken and written; knowledge of French, Italian, and English is an advantage Additional Information We Offer • Varied, exciting, and diverse tasks within an interdisciplinary team • Autonomous work and personal responsibility • Attractive conditions and good social benefits • Flexible working hours, modern workplace, and possibility of telework (hybrid work model) • Professional perspectives with good development and further training opportunities Contact For any technical questions, Micha Noser, Head of Lifecycle Management, is at your disposal at micha.noser@qualicasa.ch.
