For ECSA Chemicals at our headquarters in Balerna, Switzerland, we are selecting a Logistics Dispatcher Requirements: Experience of 3-5 years in a similar role in the logistics, transport sector or knowledge of national transport organization procedures and customs practice management, preferably related to product knowledge of transport documentation (CMR, customs documents, etc.). Good knowledge of the language; knowledge of English and/or German is an advantage; knowledge of main computer tools and management software; problem-solving orientation and priority management. Attitude to team work and excellent communication skills. Main responsibilities Planning and management of transport orders incoming from suppliers and outgoing to customers and coordination of pick-ups and deliveries via the company fleet and management of transport orders to carriers and management of any anomalies or daily communication with the warehouse for preparing shipments and planning deliveries with customers, suppliers, carriers, and company departments; management of transport documentation and verification of its conformity. Management of customs practices for product shipments in the management of shipment systems and KPI monitoring with Customer Service, Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse departments to ensure respect for delivery times and identification of efficient logistics solutions with attention to costs and service quality.
