Administrative Assistant - Accounting Orientation (80%-100%) Introduction In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an administrative assistant with an accounting-oriented profile. You will play a key role in the smooth administrative functioning of the company, notably by ensuring the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, while providing support to the technical teams. Responsibilities: As an administrative assistant, your main missions will include: Issuing accounts receivable invoices and monitoring collections. Checking, entering, and paying accounts payable invoices. Financial monitoring of construction sites. Assistance with reporting and year-end closing. Maintenance of cash accounts. Preparation of reportings and the annual closing. Support to the administrative team in sending correspondence, quotes, managing emails and the telephone switchboard. Profile sought: We are looking for a person having the following qualifications: CFC in commerce or equivalent training. Professional experience of at least 3 years in an administrative environment. Very good knowledge of French (oral and written). Excellent mastery of IT tools (MS Office), particularly Excel. Knowledge of A3, Baubit and Enneascanning software would be an asset. Experience in the construction sector or in a technical environment, a plus. Pragmatic, logical, consistent and rigorous person.
