Exciting opportunity: Become Head of Project Management / Construction with the Mobility Group of Energie360° (consisting of the Mobility division, Swisscharge, GOFAST, and MOVE) - shape the future of electromobility with us! Head of Project Management/Construction Your area of responsibility As Head of Project Management, you will lead and develop our six-person team in Western Switzerland in the area of charging infrastructure. The team is responsible for the successful implementation of new construction projects - both public charging infrastructure and private B2B installations - with a focus on time, cost, and quality. You ensure that the exchange with the team in German-speaking Switzerland takes place and that the cooperation across the language border functions optimally. You report directly to the Head of Asset Unit and actively shape the PM organization with: • Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of a team of 6 project managers • Control of the timely, cost-conscious, and high-quality implementation of charging new construction projects (public and B2B) with a focus on profitability and economic efficiency • Structuring and ongoing optimization of project control processes, design and operating standards, as well as further development of PM methods in cooperation with the German-speaking Switzerland team • Control and coordination of external partner companies as well as professional stakeholder management and communication with customers, authorities, internal stakeholders, and the department management • Prospectively: Taking on additional tasks as a local contact person and representative of Western Switzerland (internally and externally) Your profile • Completed technical or business management training, ideally with management further education (e.g., PMP, IPMA, or similar) • At least 5 years of leadership experience in project management teams, ideally in the areas of infrastructure, energy, or construction • Pronounced leadership and communication skills, paired with strategic thinking and decision-making strength • Solid knowledge of project management methods and understanding of technical and economic contexts • Experience in cooperation with external partners and in stakeholder communication at the management level • Bilingualism required: French and German at a business level (at least C1 in one language, B2 in the other).
