Production Plant Operator in Shift Operation (w/m/d) – 100% Your tasks • As a plant operator, you are the pivot in our production: • Plant control: You operate our mixing and pressing lines and ensure a smooth output. • Maintenance: You perform smaller maintenance and cleaning work independently, so that the technology runs smoothly. • Logistics & Control: You receive raw materials, check their quality and manage the warehouse. • Quality assurance: You ensure that only flawless feed leaves our plant. • Safety: Hygiene and occupational safety are your top priority. Your background • You have experience in production and are looking for a dynamic environment: • Experience: You have already worked as a plant operator or production employee - ideally with raw materials (e.g. food or feed). • Way of working: You work independently, foresightedly and are physically resilient. • Team player: You are communicative, assertive and appreciate respectful interaction in the team. • Flexibility: Shift work and flexible working hours are no problem for you. • Skills: You have solid IT basic knowledge and good German language skills.
