As Product Owner BSI, you are responsible for the further development of the central core application within the system landscape. You proactively drive the solution forward, develop it strategically, and optimize it through targeted configuration on your own. In doing so, you ensure that the system is optimally aligned with the needs of the users. With your commitment, you make a measurable contribution to increasing efficiency, consulting quality, and scalability. Living diversity Your area of responsibility ## • The responsibility for the further development of BSI lies within your scope of tasks - including independent configuration and maintenance of the system to ensure stable operation • You build up the Product Backlog, maintain and prioritize it continuously, and translate business requirements into clear features and User Stories • You take on requirements together with Business, IT, and Compliance, coordinate them, and actively support testing • Coordinating with internal and external developers as well as controlling the implementation in the Scrum team (e.g., Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retros) is part of your daily routine • You bring together different stakeholder needs, prioritize them in a targeted manner, and take on the overarching coordination of all BSI further developments in the project • Ensuring project governance processes (including testing and release management), ensuring quality, stability, and compliance, as well as monitoring time, costs, and scope are within your responsibility - thereby actively maintaining the partnership with BSI Living potential Your strengths ## • You have a university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration and have several years of experience as a Product Owner at a Swiss bank or asset manager • Additionally, you have already gained experience in the implementation of BSI projects and ideally have a BSI Masterclass certification • You are also very familiar with the areas of Requirements Engineering, Backlog Management, Testing, as well as IT architectures and system landscapes, and have already gained insights into project management. • Your way of working is characterized by analytical and solution-oriented thinking, combined with a pronounced decision-making strength and prioritization ability • With your strong communication and moderation skills, you move safely in stakeholder management and convince with your pronounced team ability • Flexibility, resilience, and a high office presence (at least 4 days a week) are a matter of course for you; you have German at native level, strong English skills, and ideally also knowledge of Italian or French Your workplace ## Räffelstrasse 26, 8045 Zürich Your contact ## Talent Acquisition Partner Petra Bärtsch contact form
