In this inspiring environment, we are looking for a committed, initiative and communicative personality to fill the position of Head of the Specialist Center for Construction (Deputy Head of the Competence Center for Construction) 80-100% Start of work: immediately or by agreement Head of the Specialist Center for Construction (Deputy Head of the Competence Center for Construction) 80-100% Your tasks You will lead the team in the Specialist Center for Construction efficiently and in a goal-oriented manner. You will support administratively all construction police processes for construction projects in the municipality of Tafers. This includes both the completion of ongoing correspondence, the control of building applications, the preparation of bases and documents, as well as the general support of the specialist teams You will coordinate all building permit processes internally and externally with the authorities. You will advise customers in the area of high-rise building permit and application processes. You will develop the statistics relevant to the Competence Center for Construction and independently manage the building and housing register. You will support the employees of the construction police and in the water and wastewater sector. You will assist the head of the Competence Center for Construction in all relevant areas of building permit procedures. Your profile Technical training with commercial professional experience or vice versa. Knowledge of planning and construction law and/or real estate. Experience in an administrative environment is an advantage. Several years of professional and leadership experience. Very good German language skills in word and writing, very good oral French language skills. High level of commitment and service readiness as well as negotiating and organizational skills.
