Head of Planning and Dispatch of Track Construction Machines

This is what you can move. • In this role, you will take over the leadership of the Planning and Dispatch team for the key resources of track construction machines including the corresponding means of transport. • You are responsible for the planning and programming of all machine resources and means of transport according to economic principles with a significant impact on the group goals of customer punctuality and customer satisfaction. • Technically, you are responsible for the contracts and thus represent the user interests in the tendering and procurement of track construction machine services. You monitor the budget and control the services provided by private companies for the SBB, BLS and TPF. • Together with your team, you continuously develop the planning and dispatch of track construction machines with regard to process optimization and digitalization. This is what you bring with you. • Through your persuasiveness and assertiveness, you communicate in a targeted and level-appropriate manner with the various internal and external contact persons. • Ideally, you have already worked in the railway environment and have several years of leadership experience in a similar position. • You have a technical or railway operations basic training, as well as a technical degree at HF / FH / Uni level or an equivalent further education. • Good user knowledge of SAP systems and common Office applications is required. In addition, you are IT-savvy and ready to familiarize yourself with area-specific applications. • You have very good German skills (at least C1) and can communicate in French (at least B1).
