As a Corporate Actions & Income Specialist, you will take on a central role in the processing of dividends, capital increases, mergers, and other events related to securities. You will coordinate various interfaces, ensure smooth processes, and thus contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and service quality - a job with responsibility, variety, and proximity to financial market activity.   You will specifically apply your knowledge in the area of Corporate Actions and thus ensure that our client banks are completely satisfied with the securities processing. • Scheduling, preparation, and processing of all Corporate Actions for our client banks • Determination, placement, and monitoring of instructions to international custodian banks • Responsibility for smooth processes during complex and diverse capital measures • Varied activity with a lot of personal responsibility and development potential in the exciting environment of the financial markets Your Skills • Completed vocational training with subject-related further education • 3-5 years of professional experience in banking operations, ideally in a BPO environment • Very good knowledge of banking processes (payment transactions or securities) as well as common banking applications • Analytical and holistic thinking, communication strength, problem-solving competence, and high professionalism • Sound know-how in the area of Corporate Actions & Income • Structured, independent way of working and team spirit • High process and quality orientation (outsourcing partner) • Very good German and good French / English In our varied daily business, we work cross-functionally and in partnership with colleagues from other teams - always with the goal of jointly achieving the best solutions: for our client banks, their customers, and for ourselves.
