The Geschäftsstelle der Bezirke Hinwil, Meilen, Pfäffikon und Uster operates a Regionalstelle Schulsozialarbeit. On behalf of schools, it is responsible for the personnel, technical and administrative management of school social workers. For the head of/specialist support of the school social work in several municipalities in our region, we are looking for a Head (65%) starting from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement. You are part of the four-person team of the Regionalstelle SSA and the workplace is located in Wetzikon. You manage the school social workers in a personnel and/or technical capacity and lead cross-municipal specialist groups for networking the school social workers among themselves and with school-related services. You work together with the school management, the kjz (Kinder- und Jugendhilfezentren) and other specialist agencies.
