At the Basel Drug Substance Manufacturing (BSDS) site, you will make a direct contribution to the supply of patients with vital biological active ingredients. Building 95 is a central cornerstone of our MAB production (Monoclonal Antibodies). We are looking for a leadership personality who, in this dynamic environment, not only ensures smooth material supply but also actively participates in the further development of our Supply Chain.The Opportunity:As Team Lead MSC for Building 95, you will take over the functional leadership of a Material Supply team. You are the interface between Materials Management and the operational heartbeat of MAB production. Your focus is on creating a safe, efficient, and future-oriented working environment in which quality is the true measure of our success. Furthermore:Functional and disciplinary leadership: You lead your team of approx. 10 employees, promote their individual development, conduct performance reviews, and support them in achieving personal and team goalsOperative planning and control: You are responsible for organizing day-to-day business in the material supply of Building 95 under strict adherence to the production planResource management: You plan personnel deployment taking into account capacities, holidays, qualifications, and the specific needs of MAB productionGMP compliance and quality: You ensure that all workflows comply with the applicable GMP guidelines, that documentation is error-free, and that inspection readiness in your area is provided at all timesInterface management: You act as a link between your team, Materials Management, and the operational areas of production to ensure a smooth flow of information and high process stabilityContinuous process optimization: You analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify inefficiencies, and actively drive improvement projects (Lean Management)EHS responsibility: You monitor compliance with all safety, health, and environmental (EHS) regulations in daily work and promote a proactive safety culture within the teamWho you are:You have a technical or scientific education (preferably in a pharmaceutical or logistics environment) and bring sound leadership experience in a GMP-regulated environment. Furthermore:You can inspire people and have experience in leading teamsSupply Chain logistics is your specialty; processes within pharmaceutical production are familiar to youYou are decisive, solution-oriented, and communicate confidently in German and EnglishDigital systems (MES, SAP, Google Workspace) are not a hurdle for you, but tools for increasing efficiencyYou apply Lean methods (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) in a practical manner to consistently eliminate inefficiencies and sustainably optimize material flowsWillingness for on-call dutySounds interesting?
